I know Ayurveda can feel intimidating at first - but stay with me, and it will feel a lot more approachable by the end of this page. Grab a cup of turmeric milk and let me introduce you. Ayurveda is an ancient health science from India. It is the (lesser-known) twin sister science to Yoga. Ayurveda gives us a holistic map for understanding our unique self (yes, each of us is different and there’s a reason why those trendy diets only work for some). It offers simple guidance on how to stay vibrant and prevent dis-ease as we go through the rollercoaster of life. Listen to my introductory talk on Ayurveda.
