About Ayurveda

Be Radiant is based on the wisdom of Ayurveda. 

Ayurveda is a holistic health science from the east. It is possibly the oldest traditional system known to us today. It is both a medicine and a way of life. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga, and a powerful tool for cultivating good health, self-awareness and peacefulness.

Ayurveda sees each individual as a unique combination of the 5 elemental energies of ether, air, fire, water and earth. Once we understand what our natural elemental balance is (which can be easily done), we can tailor our lifestyle to preserve that balance and live with more vitality. 

This is the concept of “staying in balance”, and Ayurveda is the master of it.
