Be grounded. Be dynamic. Be radiant
Each one of us has the capacity to be vibrant; to go though life with dynamic groundedness. We have the potential to live a full, satisfied and expansive existence.
I help people uncover their vibrancy.
The key to living a brighter and fuller life is keeping good habits. In my program, I borrow from the traditional wisdom to Ayurveda, to help people understand how to align with the rhythms of nature, live a more balanced life, and fall into easeful living.
Be Radiant : A habit-changing program for healthier living
Good health is something that we cultivate daily. It comes from understanding what is good for us, and then making those correct choices. Sometimes we just know what our body and mind needs to thrive, and other times we get a bit stuck in an unhealthy pattern.
Disease arises when unhealthy habits take root and make our tissues go out of balance. Most disease can be reversed just by changing the unhealthy pattern and adopting a routine that supports the body on a daily basis. The first step to good health is simple yet radical. It is merely to sync up our daily routines with the rhythms of nature. Simple in theory but daunting in practice - especially given our busy lives and over-stimulated senses. Nonetheless, it can be done.
I coach people on habit change. I translate the “tried and true” health principles of a traditional naturopathic philosophy called Ayurveda into a simple set of 10 habits. I use modern methods from behavioural science to help people come unstuck and begin to transform.

A little bit about Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a lesser-known holistic health science from the east. It is possibly the oldest traditional system known to us today. It is both a medicine and a way of life. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and when used in conjunction with it, it is a powerful tool for cultivating good health, self-awareness and peacefulness.
Ayurveda sees each individual as a unique combination of the 5 elemental energies of ether, air, fire, water and earth. Once we understand what our natural elemental balance is (which can easily be done), we can tailor our lifestyle to preserve that balance and live with more vitality. This is the concept of “staying in balance”, and Ayurveda is the master of it.
If you are curious about the tradition of Ayurveda, and want some background on the essential concepts and language, I recommend this website for exploring it a bit more. However, you do not need to know its cultural context to be able to live it in your modern day life. Ayurveda is more accessible as a set of guidelines and practices that help us live in harmony with the rhythms of nature. Living this way is itself a health practice.
I am excited about bringing you the essence of the Ayurveda in a practical sort of way. The guidelines for healthy living according to this ancient tradition start with a sound daily routine. Then we go a step further with seasonal routines based around the change of the seasons.
The combination of knowing your unique constitution, and living with a good daily and seasonal routine is the secret to good health according to Ayurveda.
