A Living Ayurveda monthly membership is an easy, affordable way to learn Ayurveda basics and apply them to your everyday life. The focus is on action!

There will be Ayurveda wisdom, live practices, cooking lessons and more. All this in a stress-free 'drop-in' structure that allows you to learn at your own pace.

About Ayurveda

Be Radiant is based on the wisdom of Ayurveda. 

Ayurveda is a holistic health science from the east. It is possibly the oldest traditional system known to us today. It is both a medicine and a way of life. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga, and a powerful tool for cultivating good health, self-awareness and peacefulness.

Ayurveda sees each individual as a unique combination of the 5 elemental energies of ether, air, fire, water and earth. Once we understand what our natural elemental balance is (which can be easily done), we can tailor our lifestyle to preserve that balance and live with more vitality. 

This is the concept of “staying in balance”, and Ayurveda is the master of it.
 

What you need to know about a Living Ayurveda Membership

  • Membership gives you access to 2 online drop-in classes each month
  • Meetings are bi-weekly on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday, at 4.30 pm PST. Classes are 1 hour long.
  • ​Membership costs $20 per month. 
  • You will receive a bi-weekly class reminder and zoom link.
  • Classes explore Ayurvedic wisdom, dosha self-discovery, seasonal shifts, cooking demos, recipe ideas, hands-on practices, and lots more!
