About Apoorva Apoorva is a Yoga Therapist, Leadership and Life Coach, and the Founder of In.Breath She has trained and worked extensively in the tradition of Sri Krisnamacharya for more than a decade now. She teaches yoga with the intention of helping people experience personal transformation and growth through simple practices. She has been deeply inspired by her discovery of Yoga as a foundation of Indian Psychology Systems and a powerful practice for examining the mental and emotional frameworks of human behaviour. She offers and adapts the ancient tools of yoga to today’s language and context through personal yoga therapy and healing sessions. Driven by her search for understanding the human experience and looking for ways to reduce human suffering, she also came upon other powerful frameworks such as Transgenerational Healing, The Mahabharata, Energy Work (Reiki), Chakras, Existential Universal Mapper, and Pandava Profile. Bringing all this together, she curates and creates experiences where individuals can examine themselves and the context for personal transformation and healing in long term, sustainable ways. Apoorva has trained and worked extensively as a Yoga Therapist with YogaVahini, as a facilitator and coach with Ritambhara, and is pursuing her Fellowship in Process Work with Sumedhas Academy for Human Context. Apoorva lives in Gurgaon with her husband and their beagle. In her free time, she pursues community farming and Hindustani vocal music.
