Workshops

Discover your Prakriti
Understanding your prakriti or unique mind-body constitution is the first step towards re-connecting with your innate body-wisdom.

Food as Medicine
Eating for your constitution demystified! We will get into what, when and how to eat in order to best support your digestion and metabolism.

Rhythms of Nature
Synchronising with the natural rhythms of the day and the seasons is a powerful tool for energy, sleep and mental clarity.

Balancing the Nervous System
Ayurveda pays special attention to vata dosha for calming the mind and senses. Try out oil-massage and simple bedtime rituals for a more restful sleep.
