Cooking for balance

In this class, I use the Ayurvedic principles of cooking to help you create simple, complete and delicious vegetarian meals for enhancing health and vitality. We will work out of your kitchen, tailor the class to your dietary needs, and set you up with systems that work with your lifestyle.

Individual or group lessons starting at $150 per session.

Individual class (you provide the ingredients*) - $150/3 hrs session
Individual class (I provide the ingredients) - $225/3 hrs session

Group class (minimum of 3 people)
You provide the ingredients* - $60 per person
I provide the ingredients - $75 per person


*i will provide the ingredient list once we have discussed what your dietary needs are.

1 lb butter
I cup Rice/Barley/Quinoa
1 cup chickpeas
1 box Spinach
1 lb Green beans
2 lb Carrots
Spices- cumin, turmeric
Herbs- dill, oregano
1 lb seasonal fruit
1/2 cup Unrefined sugar like jaggery
