What you need to know about a Living Ayurveda membership:
- Membership gives you access to 2 online drop-in classes each month
- Meetings are bi-weekly on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday, at 5.30 pm PST. Classes are 1 hour long.
- Membership costs $20 per month.
- You will receive a bi-weekly class reminder and zoom link.
- Classes explore Ayurvedic wisdom, dosha self-discovery, seasonal shifts, cooking demos, recipe ideas, hands-on practices, and lots more!
